My son conducted a science experiment, one of his homework assignments for the summer vacation.
He wanted to bake fluffy bread, so he researched the temperature and time when the yeast for bread was most active. Therefore, the following experiments were conducted.
The data collected in these experiments were organized and summarized in two graphs.
Based on the results, it was decided to ferment the bread dough in an oven at a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes.
Since the bread dough rose successfully, we can say that the results of the experiment were valid.
I love the smell of freshly baked bread when I open the oven, and I can’t resist tasting it while it’s still warm.
