He wanted to bake fluffy bread, so he researched the temperature and time when the yeast for bread was most active. Therefore, the following experiments were conducted.

Based on the results, it was decided to ferment the bread dough in an oven at a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes.
